Title: Reversed text and question marks instead of text -=RESOLVED=-

I'm using Win 10, Locale Israel, English interface, Hebrew installed.
Screen caps attached.

I guess that if this happens in Hebrew, it will happen in other RTL languages, like Arabic and Thai

Any ideas??

We currently don't have any RTL translations. I've disabled RTL support until this changes.

The problem isn't support for RTL languages, the problem is that it's enough to add support of Hebrew to break the display. OpenXCOM should not be affected by adding language support andqor changing locale.
