Title: [MOD] OXCE+ Visuals

This is a simply mod for players who are playing vanilla or mods based on the Nightlies and not OXCE+.

This adds graphics for unit status:

• Bleeding
• Stunned
• Burning

Also included are the backgrounds for Middle-Click "Meridian Vision" of units on the Battlescape.
