I like your Heavy Plasma especially. More of a "Oomph" to it (could work well as a truly "heavy" plasma weapon with no auto-shot).
Planning on adding any guns to the arsenal? The human starting equipment or alien inventories could use some additions.

Maybe, I was planing on going over the basic stuff first and maybe make new stuff later.

Looking nice mate , i love see New human weapons , it always bothered me that i can get Laser and plasma weapons so early in game.....

very nice :)
remember, though, that making those inventory pictures is only the first step - if you want to completely and consistently replace a weapon, you also need the sprites for in-game use (weapons held by units in battlescape). some don't need to be changed at all, since they are low-detail, but especially when items are of a completely different color, those are things you will notice.

i have used these sprites in my mod, for alien disruptor tech, i hope this isn't a problem, if it is, let me know and i'll find some alternatives, and of course, i'll give you full credit for your work when i make a readme.
