Title: I can't for the life of me find the MODS folder. (steam/Windows 10)

Hey guys, I've googled and searched but none of the solutions posted work for me.

I've installed the game, Steam version. And am using the OpenXcom windows installer.

I can't for the life of me find the MODS folder, or where exactly to create it.

I'm running on Windows 10.

Please help.

Ensure you have installed the Nightly and not the 1.0 milestone. 
Launch the game.  It will create the mods folder and user folder on the first run.
