Just a shower thought I had this morning that I was thinking would be really useful for the oxce mods, but also something that we might need when 2.0 come out

Probably data and graphics too. Overall this could be very useful for future TC that do not need base game data and can work without it.

I have it as a goal to run Tech-Comm without using any of the base game data
