Title: [Suggestion] Show amount owned on manufacture screen

Hello,

I don't know if this is the section to post source code changes, if not please move it to the correct place.

I implemented in the "new manufacture" OXCE+ screen a column showing the amount owned of each item, so you don't have to remember what item you need to build, specially ammo.

It is a sum of all bases, including in-craft.

Attached is a screenshot of it.

I'll put it in the queue and have a look later.

PR is not necessary, I hate merging from all my heart, merge history is a plague.
Cherry-picking is infinitely better.

@all: feel free to comment if you would like to see this feature in OXCE+
