In those situations, you just shoot all your TU's away and then run. A mission with 1 or 2 kills is better than nothing

...feels almost like a driveby shooting though

One try later was a similar situation. But on the farmer map (It has a house). But ammo was low at pistol and one shootgun, and i made really big mistake, this bad guy can eat over fence.

Fighting Reapers in a farm is easy: Thanks to their Alien Code of Engagement/inability to think/physical limitations, the dumb thing can't follow you if you get into a building because it can't fit into the door, so do that next time you find yourself in a situation like this and watch it die of boredom (and bullet wounds). It also had trouble passing through a fence in one of my missions, oddly enough.
