Title: Where to find self-charging laser pistols and small launchers?

Post by: Serpentium on August 07, 2017, 05:02:05 am: The Academy would be your target for getting those two weapons. It can be a bit of a RNG, but in time, you should be able to get one or both. The Traders tend to have the Self-charging laser pistols as well.

But, assuming your are in early game, small launchers can be found on medics on scientifical experiment missions and self-charging laspistols are carried by mid-level VIPs, not exactly 100% sure, but I think I got some from espers, catgirls and/or smuggler captains, and guild reps.
