Title: How do I change Geoscape time warp buttons?

It looks like it would be easy to edit the text on the Geoscape buttons, but how do I change their functionality? I want to change 1 hour to 3 hours.

Learn to write C++, or ask a dev very nicely to make this a ruleset feature, though likely it won't happen unless you do it for yourself.
