Title: [Question] How to export soldiers?

I guess I grew attached to my soldiers, is there a way to export them with their starting stats and import into a new game? (from 1.0 stable to nightly)

If you edit the saves with a text editor, you can easily copy the soldiers from one save to another, or make a tool to do so.
