Title: no spend research items mod

hey
just downloaded the x-piratez mod and followed the instructions, but when I got to the settings part i couldn't find the spend research items  mod. anybody knows what to do or whether it's auto set to true when installing the mod?

This feature is no longer in the options, it's set automatically in the mod.
