Title: No Option to build Alien Containment Facility!?

I'm using the latest OpenXcom nightly on windows. I have installed the Final Mod Pack mod and the Area 51 mod together in this game.

Now since the beginning of the game there is no option to build an alien containment facility, which I really need to use to advance research in the game. Is this a bug, some error I did or some obscure feature that I should have known about?

Please help.

It is really not recommended to install both Final Mod Pack and Area 51 together... they will most probably conflict on many places.

Just play one and then the other... more fun, less issues.

1. Did you research an alien corpse? for example Sectoid corpse?
 - Did it give you alien biology topic?
2. Did you research Alien Biology?
 - Did it give you the alien containment topic?
3. Did you research Alien Containment?

What other mods are you using?

Can you attach your current save?
