Title: stringstats for weapons

same as soldier except it uses  weapon stats instead and adds is to the end of a weapon's name

like

 - string: "auto"
   autoTU: [~, 40]
   shots: [3, ~]
 - string: "M"
   aimedAccuracy: [110, ~]
 - string: "m"
   aimedAccuracy: [~, 70]
 - string: "w"
   power: [~, 59]
 - string: "S"
   power: [60, ~]

etc

I assume it would be a relatively simple rul file as a mod. If I'm right on that I can see the advantages.

Because the weapons don't gain stats, it would be a one time sweep of names and adding the stats to your own files.

is one of those basic things that helps a bit.

a way to see some weapon stats in inventory

that too. i just want to know weap stats in inventory.
