LanguagePlurality.cpp
/**
* Plurality rules for Cyrillic languages (Russian, Ukranian, etc.)
* @note one = 1, 21, 31...; few = 2-4, 22-24, 32-34...; many = 0, 5-20, 25-30, 35-40...; other = ...

And downloaded file from transifex does not contain the "many".
Manual correction and upload file gives nothing

I have spoken with transifex team long time ago about it, they said:
Hey there,
As you could notice at our FAQ on how to add your own language, whenever a language is requested from one of our customers or/and it is added in Transifex' available languages, we follow Unicode's standard for Language Plural Rules.
Sometimes, and especially for languages that have been added to Transifex a long time ago, as Russian, plural rules for a language might have changed, but applying this change to our platform, could cause a lot of issues to Projects, that are hosted and have been translated by using the previous format.
We are already aware of the issue, and we are going to find a solution concerning this. However, please keep in mind that applying such a generic alteration, that could impact older translations, as well, might take some time.
Thanks for your patience in advance and please let me know if there's anything else I could help you with.
Best,
Elena
