You are missing all of the Elerium Bombs (a mod for the small launcher that shoots HE rounds). ;)

If stationary he can fire 2 Bombs per Turn, so yes run!

LOL! That was my first reaction too! Then I remembered: re-loading is a flat TU cost! 15 TUs to reload from anywhere, backpack, ground, hand, etc. So the backpack is actually the best place for ammo, because it frees up throwables, etc for the quicker slots. :)

Clara fears not your Elerium bombs. She'll mind control your ass with one hand, guide a blaster up it with the other and turn your backpack into a fireworks show.
Of course if I were a hardcore player I wouldn't cheat and I couldn't have more then 100 psy str, not that she really needs it. As for the lack of a flying suit, who needs it when blasters fly and aliens are your mind-servants.

I'm haviong a hard time believing in Ethereal Commander. Not his psy-stats or anything - those are in line with some of my own soldiers with a bit more training. I just have a hard time with those stats appearing on something that has the exact same armor in front as underneath.

Those are vanilla armor settings on Superhuman Difficulty.

Just consider it a force field that the ethereal surrounds itself with. It's just a (really) skinny dude in a robe, so thinking of it as physical armor does not really work (unless you think the robe is made of adamantium, in which case under armor should be 0 :P).
If they can fly because of their psychic power, slowing/stopping bullets does not seem like that much of a stretch (applying a force to a bullet to slow it down from applying a force to yourself to cancel gravity is not that different)

Those are vanilla armor settings on all difficulties if your actually an Ethereal Commander. However, as an actual Ethereal Commander I can assure you that we do not have 116/87 Psy. We have 75/58 on superhuman.
Are you using a re-balance mod? Cause I think I like it.

Those are the stats from my Hardmode Expansion Mod which i put into Beta Phase Yesterday.

What was the name of that chick in the second X-men movie that cosplayed Psilocke?Anyway remember the bridge schene when 2385027175242423235 soldiers were shooting her and she just mind stopped the bulltets? I always took it the etherials to do something like that.
