Is it possible to make a weapon or clip gain one additional shot each turn? I can't find anything about it and I'm trying to make a weapon similar to the stun grapple from Apocalypse. Will this possibly be added in a future nightly? There's one more thing I'd like to know about, is it possible to control the minimum or maximum height an aircraft or ufo will fly at?

The best way to answer this question is to look at the original game and the current options of OpenXcom 1.0 and see if such a mechanic/device exists already. If it doesn't then most likely the answer to your question is no. If it doesn't exist, you can ask it as feature request using bugtracker but the developers right now are more worried with fixing bugs and implementing TFTD, so feature implementation is a pretty low priority.

What meaning would there be in a weapon that generates ammo instead of consuming it?
EDIT: I mean, we already have infinite ammo weapons....

You are asking about a weapon that has a max charge of x prepared shots at the start then after you fire it regains 1 charge per turn and if you fire faster than that you have to wait for it to charge back up, no? Like Energy and TUs for movement?

Ah, got it.....like a battery/accumulator that can fire only so many shots in a given time and "recharges" if unused.
That could be cool for lasers.

I mean that it uses ammo when firing but recharges slowly over time
