Title: Missing Strings in GetLocalization

Hi, buddies.

I missed some strings in GetLocalization:

str_damage_acid
str_noalienpanicmessages
str_alienbleeding

Only this until now.

They should be back now. GetLocalization tends to forget strings, but they eventually come back if you're patient. :P
