Title: Climbing equipment? -- Also, turning the clock to 2014?

Something that is limiting, those buildings are very restrictive and with 21st century equipment...  surely it's possible for soldiers to ascend anywhere, given the right equipment and maybe all action points?

On that matter, has anybody figured how to turn the clock forward?  Might be better to use 2014 instead...  or has that already been done?

You can change the starting time in the ruleset.
