Title: [OXCE] Final Mod Pack Flag Pack

Compatible with FMP 3.2.2. This will add flags to soldiers based on the name pack. Two flags don't make sense (Arabic & Polynesian). Some flags I took from Celebrate Diversity mod by Solarius Scorch. Feel free to incorporate this into FMP.

I did the same with the Final Mod Pack Extended add-on, but it looks like a nice lite version for those who don't want to use the whole FMPE mod.
