Title: 40K Grey Knight Recruitment Question

Hi been enjoying the 40K so far.

I have no idea what to research in order to recruit more Grey Knights. Can anyone here tell me what I need to research to unlock manufacturing/purchase recruitment of Grey Knights? Thanks. Purging 60+ Xenos with Grey Knights was peak awesomeness.

they are not recrutable, you must ask for reinforcements on research.
