Mod "necromancers" - hiring new warriors takes place on the battlefield, due to enemies killed in a certain way.

I think you may be able to achieve that in OpenXcom Extended (https://openxcom.org/forum/index.php/board,22.0.html) by creating a manufacturing project that produces the type of soldier you want as its end product, see the spawnedPersonType: spawnedPersonName: spawnedSoldier: variables in the Ruleset Reference (https://www.ufopaedia.org/index.php/Ruleset_Reference_Nightly_(OpenXcom)#Manufacture).

Use corpses and prisoners to produce new soldiers?
Also, necromancers can use corpses in battle instead of first-aid kits.
