[Solved] What does the M.C. training '+' button do?

In the upper right corner of the Molecular Control Training screen there is a
+
button.
I've tried pushing it but nothing seems to change, what does it do?

Nope.
The + button toggles the soldier stats with or without soldier bonuses.
