That would be Hobbes himself.

In short he can no longer distribute it, and for that matter anybody who has it can't (officially).

From the same topic R1D0 posted above, you need to send a private message to Hobbes and he may send the files to you. He had explicitly forbidden everyone to publish mods that reuse his work. So if you intended to make a mod using his work you shouldn't publish it.

I wonder what is the drama behind all of this mods appear/disappear all of a sudden. I remember Xpiratez was semi-unavailable for some reason, now this one. I just wanted to try it this week.

Off-topic, but Area-51 is actually a pretty decent game. The first one, the second is not.
