I am using the last version of the openxcomXE (6.5.3) and all my mods refuses to show up, and i dont have a clue why
Yes i did put them in the user/mods folder correctly.
when i tried using the nightly version the mods did show up, can someone help me?

Wrong folder structure.
You need to copy only the mods, nothing else.
For example Piratez folder contains tons of other stuff, you need to use only what's in Dioxine_XPiratez_L2/Dioxine_XPiratez/user/mods
Same/similar for XcomFiles and 40k.

I already had the same problem. What 'Meridian' told in his post helped me :)
