Title: How can i find out which difficultiy i'm playing?

I haven't played in a few months (since I beat it), but I cant remember which difficulty I set for that game or if I was on ironman. Is there a way to find out? I looked all around in settings and the load screen, but I cant see it anywhere. I'd like to start a new one on the next difficulty or maybe try ironman if I didn't last time.

both are visible in the save file itself, at the top... save files are just text files

the ironman flag is also visible on the load screen... in the tooltip of each save file

0 is the lowest - 4 is the highest but please note that in some mods these might have a different name; for instance here attached are as shown in xpiratez K3 version
