IndieDB has opened voting for the Game of the Year. I'm sure many of you have a few horses in this race, but UFO: Alien Invasion (https://www.indiedb.com/games/ufo-alien-invasion) would love to have your vote. Look for the banner under the summary on our profile page (https://www.indiedb.com/games/ufo-alien-invasion) to vote.

Got both my votes. Voted as a guest and voted after I signed up. Hope they count both 2 votes but I'm sure they do the i.p checking and stuff :(

Thanks for voting, WeOwnTheNight. We made it into the Top 100 (https://www.indiedb.com/events/2012-indie-of-the-year-awards/top100). We're now in the finals against the other 99, so please go and vote again (https://www.indiedb.com/games/ufo-alien-invasion).

I guess there will be a winner in every category? Unfortunately, you're competing with xenonauts - that will be tough opponent probably.
-
I think it's just a single game winner given the "Massively Multiplayer" has one option. Some interesting stuff up there though
-
Yeah, one winner. But last year they listed the top 10 in their news post and any kind of high ranking will be good publicity for us.

Xenonauts is busy getting to Beta, so I doubt they have IndieDB on mind right now, because it hasn't been posted on the forums yet. This great event is about a week long so we'll see. Shhhh, don't remind them.
I hope UFO reaches the next top list! I really love how the game is looking so far! You control a secret organization?! Heeeell yeeeaaaah!!
Anyways, My vote goes to UFO over Xenonauts because UFO is open-source and free for the world to play! I love how Xenonauts is looking but they don't need attention because KS already funded them, not to mention pre-orders continuously being sold, they're fine. UFO all the way!
Good luck, X-COM family ;)
