Sourceforge has nominated us alongside eight other projects to be their Project of the Month for December. If we win we'll get a prominent link on their front page.
Vote today to help us attract more interest from players and developers. And spread the word so others will vote.
(Twitter account required to vote)
Here's link:

Let's help our friends ;) Vote and spread this link wherever you can ;)

6 hours left, they still need about 20 votes to get to the first place.
Remember that they exposure will also help OpenXcom ;) They have link to OpenXcom on their main site.

Thanks for the promotion michal. For some reason, SF has re-opened the poll for another 9 days, so if you haven't voted, please go vote (https://twtpoll.com/l2cil8). We're just 12 votes behind as I write this.
-
Thanks for information. I hope you will manage to get those needed votes.

Looks like AI lost with a difference of only 7 votes...

It's still going on (7 days left) and we're 4 votes ahead, now. Hopefully we can keep the lead...

I must have misread something somewhere :)
Indeed, let's hope the lead can be kept.
LE: 5 votes ahead ;)

Are you sure? I've just had an email from SF naming Rigs of Rods as PotM!?
-
Rigs of Rods was november POTM.
-
Ah, okay. I never actually read the email :)
-
Well, looks like Ufo: AI won't make it :(
Jstock 178
Ufo: Ai 153

We were so close for a while, but it looks like JStock made a big promotion a couple days ago. Your help here and on reddit has made a big difference though, michal. Much appreciated. There are still a couple days though. All we need is one good promo spot to take off, but I've tapped every site I can think of.

H-Hour maybe try contacting RPS?
They've written about Ufo: AI two years ago:

Also https://www.strategycore.co.uk/ twitter may be good idea

I've already tried RPS, although they are a very long shot. Nice tip on strategycore, I've contacted them now.
-
Sorry to see you lagging behind, I voted for you too. And yeah RPS is tricky, while they seem to love X-Com projects (TTS and AI were featured there before), I contact them about every OpenXcom release and never hear anything back.

Damn you guys got second place! Oh well. I was late to this party, but I'll never disappoint again ;)
