Title: I can't find the any deep one.

I am playing Steam version TFTD using OpenXcom. I can't find  any deep one during alien invasion in the cities. I can't create armor because of it. Please, explain to me what is happaning. This is a bug or feature?

Deep Ones appear on terror missions together with Gillmen... early in the game.
You need to capture them early, otherwise you will have problems.

They do appear rarely also mid-game and also late-game on mixed crew missions... but you must be lucky.
