Hi all,
I have been a fan of X-Com since it came out. I have obtained a 3d printer and I would love to be able to 3d print terrain and minis for my own X-Com game.
I saw where some initial models were made, but I need them in .obj or .stl format.
Can anyone help out with this?

the original xcom contains no actual 3d models to extract. you can probably extract some from the newer games, but translating sprites into 3d models is... not as simple.

Thanks Warboy,
I was referring to 3d items that have already been made in the forums, but to be saved in .stl or .obj format.
as an example:

I am hoping that someone with the tech savvy could make them and post them here so others with a 3d printer could print them out. :)
