Title: Can't see tftd manufacturing option

It's been awhile since I played openxcom so I decided to download openxcom extended and kill some ayyys but when I was going through the options I couldn't find the tftd manufacturing rule so is this a bug or was the option removed, I would really appreciate some help :)

The option was removed... it is now enabled by default both for UFO and TFTD.

Thanks for the fast reply :) sorry if I asked a dumb question I couldn't find anything about it online.
