Title: Where can I find the default Ruleset values without reinstalling?

I'm new to OpenXCom and love the new life it's breathed into one of my all time favorite games.

I was experimenting with Ruleset values and did something that seems to prevent Heavy Plasma Clips from dropping after missions are complete.

I searched the site here but couldn't find a default Ruleset. Please help!

P.S. I did save the default Ruleset somewhere for backup, but now I can't seem to find it.
