is there a geoscape graphic for x-com ufo defense 1993 (o-x-com)

I believe he is asking about if their is a mod for OXC that changes the original Geoscape to the HD one that they were planning on using for Cydonia's Fall.  In which case, there isn't one. From what I understand about OXC, the Geoscape is essentialy a giant 2D image. The one they were going to use for Cydonia's Fall was going to be a 3D model. Both games work on completely different engines, which means you would have to build a brand new game just to have Google Earth as your Geoscape.
