Maybe it possible to make something like Med Lab or Hospital to help wounded soldiers to recover faster ?
It can be researched after Alien Surgery or Alien Entertainment for example.

i actually wrote some code that does this some time ago, but it requires a rather extensive rework to a lot of systems, as it also added hireable doctors into the mix so i deemed it unworthy of addition to the master branch, if yankes is interested, i could probably send it his way to see if he wants to do anything with it.

It can be automated med lab, because now soldiers don't use doctors or nurses to recover :)
