Title: Weird text bug has me baffled

SO I downloaded the last nightly build or something and everything was working good until I decided to change the video filter, NOW all the text ingame is fucked beyond belief and every single piece of text has a weird prefix something like STR_text. this is totally bad for my interests what do I do now?

EDIT: tried changing back the filter to disabled and it didn't work

reset your language to EN-US.
