Hi, i did'nt find the section for the presentations so i do it now...i'm Ghoulface 187! X-Com lover, glad to havw found this website ;D
i bought X-Com Terror From The Deep from STEAM (i have it even for PS1 but it's bugged or something like that).
i'm Italian, i don't know why, there isn't the italian language in the PC version....
i don't know how to install the patch for the translation, there isn't the folder "language" in the directory!!!

Unfortunately, OpenTftD is still in development, so any ability to use language files etc, for Terror from the Deep isn't available. I believe the original game only comes with 3 or four language options. (sadly, as you noticed, Italian isn't one of them).
I'm a big fan of Terror from the Deep too, however, I can highly recommend OpenXcom which is based on the earlier game: XCOM: UFO Defense. That is what this site is really all about, and it has a ton of great features and mods that make it great fun to play!

Yes, you need the original UFO: Enemy Unknown / X-COM: UFO Defense to play.
You can buy it on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/7760/
Pretty soon (hopefully soon) you will be able to play X-COM: Terror from the deep too - provided you have the original data files.
