Title: "OpenXCom Bug Tracker" (Feature request) question

Is it necessary/better to post suggestions from "Suggestions Forum" to the "OpenXCom Bug Tracker" forum (Feature request), or it's redundant?

The suggestions forum lets the community actually discuss it and figure out if it's useful. The bug tracker is only useful for us as a quick index of requests. So I would say post on one and then the other when you've figured it out. :P
