26) Soldier List screen.

Add the number of free places in Psi-lab to the screen.

I'm not sure. It is a feature that relates to one particular area of the game (psi training), yet it comes up in a very basic screen that I visit all the time.

I don't want my menu cluttered with irrelevant information. If I want to deal with psi training, I go to the psi training menu. And I only do so when new soldiers arrive at the base, which is fairly rare.
