Title: What's the worse psionic strength you've ever personally seen in X-com?

I have a soldier that made it all the way to captain with a PS of 1. I think the aliens can control her mind by accident.

Well, the worst you can get is 0, so I wouldn't be surprised if I had someone with Psi Strength of 0 at one point.

I think it happened to me in TFTD. :) (I even remember the name, Manuel Alcala... After 10 years or more.)

I don't have any screen caps but I've had multiple soldiers with 0 psy strength.

A common playstyle for me is to buy 10 psy-labs, train 100 soldiers and select the top 10-15 psy-strength graduates for my super psy-squad.
