I'd like to see how good iam after beat the game. So the idea is:
Like the other games that have leaderboard, after u beat the game, the game will ask you to save your game, or autosaved if u play ironman. Then that save file will display your specific score + overall score + Top 10 best soldier (+ how many they kill aliens/teammates/civilians + what equipments they used + stats) + memorial + what difficulty are u played and display all the bases.
So players can compete each other and show off their score.

There was an "XCom Performance Roster" string unused in the original... the problem with using score is you can just keep playing it forever grinding it. :P

There's a way to prevent grinding score. Like total score - how many days u have played or something like that, and if u beat the game really fast u get bonus score. So it better to play speedrun rather than lot of grinding. Is that formula possible?

I'm pretty sure this has been discussed before. I think there were even formulas for preventing grinding time.
I think it's an okay idea though. After all, if people want this, all it takes is to take the final X-Com score and modify it by the time formula.

I can see this growing to a score system... whit top 10... cool
