Hi, there,

is it done well, if I install just the latest nightly build, or do I have to install all the previously posted too?

nah, you only need the latest build

I always write ovr an intact copy of 0.9.  Wonder if you can just overwrite the last version with the most recent version....

you can.
you don't even need to overwrite it, you can manually install using the nightly builds, they're the complete package.
and ALWAYS extract the whole archive, as it contains up-to-the-minute translations and ruleset adjustments.
