Title: X Com Apocalypse

Xcom Apocalypse its so ugly, maybe as a real community achieve we can make a theme mod for oxc whit altered tech tree altered aliens races and ships and maybe altered soldier sprites, whit a futuristic view of the cities....
trying to have the same atmosphere of the XCA but using the game mechanics what we all love.

what do you think???

I never X-Com Apocalypse thought it was ugly. Well, except the armours, they were awful.

Still, I would certainly welcome an OpenApocalypse project. :) I always thought this game should be brought to more full completion by the community, but it was too hard to mod (and the modding scene wasn't nearly as common then).

I was about to start a new topic.  Hey, this is good, I bought it on steam and it seems to work.  Might play this once I've done my enemy within playthrough...

But I would also - well, primarily - like to see that politics engine finished, so that it actually mattered. It was a fantastic project, sadly aborted.

hello guys is nice to come back :D, i totally agree with this i  started play the game this week...and im totally hooked up, but then i feel they need some upgrades ...especially visual looking and a little more variety on weapons, but weell i get a couple of mods like :

*apatcher
*karadoc mod
*roadwar
*and a spanish translation y get but i need make it better

it was painfull trying to make it run on w7 but my cousin helped me and know is really easy :), i really hope this thread to become something real in the future :')
