Title: OpenXcom Starting money

Hi, I am about to start try OpenXcom - looking forward to it :)

I have just one question before I start though. I noticed that the starting funding is about 6 mill. whereas it is about 4 mill. in the original game. What is the reason for this change, and is it possible to set it to the same as the original game instead?

Initial xcom "starting money" is around https://www.ufopaedia.org/index.php?title=Country_Funding_%28EU%29

Base funding values from data are: 600, 230, 240, 320, 250, 160, 140, 245, 400, 150, 300, 280, 180, 310, 160, 110;
Summ of them is 4075. But game uses value+random(value), thus is avarage it will be value*1.5.
But actually it's value from 4075 to 8150 thousands.
Plus it runs through base maintain precedure, which cuts first values BEFORE game starts.

I guess that initial maintaince precedure is skipped. It will be fixed, but it's the thing of low priority.

This works even with the customizable base layout option, right?

If i was the leasing company i would clearly want my money upfront, you corrupt government institutions one day are there and the next you are gone. I am not falling for that!!!! pay me upfront or get our of my building (in this case secret X-COM base)!!!!! :D
