Title: [Suggestion] Changing tech costs cryptography in viewer

As it is now it's good only to confuse newbies, but gives to any real player info about _almost_ precise tech cost, which is pretty _gamey_ as I assume. How about to changing it to less precise and more lengthy intervals, coded in suitable words. Like monster quantities in early HoMM games (few-several-pack-lot-horde), but related to difficulty, e.g.: instantly, easily, moderate, difficult, abysmall and the like.

I think it works fine the way it is. Players weren't supposed to know the tech cost from in-game to begin with, so this is good enough as far as convenience goes.
