I just need this to be here so that I can link to a ruleset file without fucking with rapidshare or whatever.

You should be able to attach a file to the Bug Tracker through the "More Actions" button on the top-right.

Hi,
I am hijacking this thread because I too could not attach a file.
I report this issue:
https://openxcom.org/bugs/openxcom/issues/21#
and in actions it tells me: "No additional actions available"
I did that as a Guest User, maybe that's why? Although I must say that I registered after and in the main bug reporting screen it states at the bottom:
Add more information to your issue
Specify additional information by clicking the links below before submitting your issue
No additional actions available
The corresponding files are attached to this post (if it works correctly). I'll happily attach them to the bug report if there is a way to solve the issue of not being able to attach files to the report.
PS: Thanks for all the work that has been made on openxcom.

For reference, it's kinda counter-intuitive, but this is where the option should be. I don't think it shows up for guest users, but I've seen attached files, so I assume someone found it.

I confirm that it:
- is not available for Guest users
- is not located on the report page (screenshots 1 and 2)
- appears, if you are logged in, on the "reported issue" page at the top right has you mentioned previously (screenshots 3 and 4)
