Title: Switches to change resolution disappeared

i had an older version of openxcom where everything works,
i download the latest version but weirdly the switches to change resolution are not there... i mean i can survive the issue, but i dont know if something else is not ok
i use gog version of tftd and ufo

AFAIK, this is related the display filter currently used. "Disabled" or any other filter that doesn't end with an asterisk (*) won't have the arrows to change the resolution that way, those that do have the asterisk will. You can still change each parameter individually on the resolution if you click on either the current width or length values.

It's not related to any filter.

It depends on whether (or not) your computer is able to provide a list of supported resolutions to SDL/OpenXcom.
This depends on many factors, so I won't try listing them...

PS: as an example: on my notebook, I can see them when in fullscreen mode, but cannot see them when in windowed mode.
