Still doesn't work with XP32. Both versions. In the first case - the same error, in the second "SleepConditionVariableSRW".
-
Can you try this one?

No, "SleepConditionVariableSRW".
Блин, отвяжи уже всё от внешних ДЛЛ. Пускай игра использует только свои.

The DLLs are always there, in some compilations they are standalone, in some compilations they are included directly into the EXE.
The build system, where DLLs were included inside the EXE doesn't support Windows XP (or Windows Vista) anymore, so I can't give it to you.
If you want you can still install some old Linux (with proper SDL1 support) and some old version of the MXE build system (from year 2020 or older) and compile OXCE for WinXP yourself.
Guidelines are here: https://openxcom.org/forum/index.php?topic=7048.msg111478#msg111478
But I simply don't have this old hardware and the old tools anymore.
(the old build farm by Stoddard which we used before doesn't exist anymore)
I (and SupSuper) will keep trying to create a working github build for WinXP for a bit longer...
...but if it doesn't work, I will simply say WinXP/Vista are officially not supported anymore.

I really hope it will work. On the network computer with Win64 there are StarCraft 2, RedAalert 3 and other network games. And when I launch it I want to play them, and not the old UFO. Especially now that I got into the Grandmaster StarCraft league.

I have created a successful Windows XP 32-bit build using mxe.
It can be found here (see the build artifact): https://github.com/pedroterzero/oxce-xp/actions/runs/10711550139

Sorry, but I have nothing useful from this. I am not a programmer and I understand the scripts badly.

I don't think so unfortunately. I double checked the link and it's correct for me?
Otherwise go to this link: https://github.com/pedroterzero/oxce-xp/actions/runs/10711550139
At the bottom, at Artifacts you need oxce-winxp (click the download button)

I don't know. The specified buttons were not found. I suspect that they are only available to registered users. Or Opera is glitching. Or there is some kind of blocking by territorial IP, which is quite common now.
In short, send it to PM please, so as not to violate anyone's copyright. Although I am not sure that publishing this material for general access on this site will cause any problems.

Oh sorry, it's my mistake. I did not remember that you need to be logged in to Github
I made a release, this will not require login:

You're welcome.
Just to verify, it's also working on Vista 32-bit:

Thanks for the update, comrade. My Win7 is dead and Win10 is even less stable.

Hi pedroterzero,
your build seems to be failing: https://github.com/pedroterzero/oxce-xp/actions/runs/12523127523
could you check what's wrong?
-
Issue opened and discussed here: https://github.com/pedroterzero/oxce-xp/issues/1
Potential workaround here: https://github.com/MeridianOXC/OpenXcom/commit/7d7ae2a818f4932e69ee3c38c3abdf3f214d78be
A different workaround was found.
The build is working again.

Thanks for your work. Everything works.
