I love Flamers
I like the aim mode of the Agricultural Flamer for perimeter defense it's TU and ammunition efficient
I like the Auto Fire mode of the Flamer for damaging enemies
But I wonder why the Flamer doesn't have the aim mode of the Agricultural Flamer. It would be very convenient and doesn't imbalance the game in any way and will be very easy to do.
When I got flamers from reinforced weapon boxes I feel sad because I know that I still have to carry agricultural ones

So essentially you would like a single fire mode on the military flamer?
I can do that, I just never thought anyone would need that. Please confirm if that's what it's about.

Yes that's totally it. An aim mode with the same TU and fuel usage as the agricultural on the flamer to be able to set a perimeter of defense
maybe keep the range of the military flamer for the aim mode as it is a better gear.

Low TU aimed flamer sounds unrealistic. Waypoints for auto, maybe?

20% TIME UNITS
1 Fuel usage
to the Flamethrower

OK, I have added the option to the regular flamethrower.
Large flamers, such as the macro version or the tank version, remain unchanged.
