Title: [DONE][Suggestion] Non-camera-centering 'next/previous unit' keys

I noticed that the camera must be panned a lot when moving a number of units due to the unit-cycling keys centering the camera on them. So.

Name? Something like: "Select previous/next unit", "Select next/previous unit (center on)".

Done.

Hold Shift while selecting previous/next unit.

Works for:
1. selecting using keyboard hotkeys
2. selecting using mouse X1/X2 buttons
3. selecting using `Next unit` button (Left-click and Right-click)
