Add button to equip all soldiers with one template (or without a template) in 1 click
without clicking on each soldier

I don't see any reason to do that

But it's possible, if the community votes for it, it can be implemented

Using "Ctrl+1" to save a template, and then quickly pressing tab+1+tab+1+tab+1+tab+1... to equip all the soldiers, is not so much work that it would require a new button.

You know, if auto-equip is turned on, then you don't need to press any buttons at all!

your method is not so handy like this method:
better to open openxcom console window and quickly type these strings:
equip rifle soldier 1 enter
equip rifle clip soldier 1 enter
equip rifle soldier 2 enter
equip rifle clip soldier 2 enter
equip pistol soldier 3 enter
equip pistol clip soldier 3 enter
etc
this way is very comfortable, just try it.
after 200 battles you even will raise up your Touch typing (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Touch_typing) skill
