Title: [DONE][Suggestion] Crafts List Sorting: Moving Down the List

I've seen that sorting in Crafts List can only be done by pulling crafts up via Right Mouse Button.

I'm implemented additional option to move crafts down via Shift + Right Mouse Button.

This change is pretty much copy-paste of original code below it.

Meridian, I want to verify that it is fine to create pull request for it.

That's not even a feature meant for players.

It's just a debug feature (to help transfer a real craft into the "new battle" mode).

But ok, I can think about it a little and add move up/down functions.
Low prio.

Unexpected! I've been pretty sure that you added that feature so people with OCD (like me) can sort craft list in base as they deem necessary - and I've been using it since then.

Didn't find a better solution than RMB and Shift+RMB, so it stays like that.
